Beside your sofa, closest to the stove, you could add a small side accent table. This would be a functional piece along with adding a stylish touch!
rug options
Rugs are a great way to add a little more color, texture, and pattern to a space without it feeling too busy. You want at a min. all front legs of your sofa to rest on the rug, depending on sofa length a 8'x10' or 9'x12' may work best.

hanging your window coverings
Curtains are a great way to soften the look of a space! You will need 5 curtain panels. 3 panels along the longer wall (one on either side and one in the middle) and 2 on the shorter wall. When you hang our curtains, make sure the bottom of the panel just barely touches the floor.
wall decor options
On the wall above your sofa you can do a grouping that will include personal photos and also one stylish decorative piece. Center the decorative piece in the center of the sofa, with 8"-10" between it and top of the sectional. On either side add a grouping of frames, leave 2"-3" between the top/bottom of frames, and leave 3"-4" between frames and center piece. If this is too busy for you, you can also do (2) rows of frames stacked on top of each other above the sofa.

Decor by TV
Since you already have 2 floor lamps and a tall plant in the room we need to mix it up beside the TV. A grouping of items, such as lanterns or floor vases with long stems, would be a nice touch. Another option is a storage bench/trunk. You can do trucks stacked on top of one another or one piece with decorative items placed on it's top.
