Cool and clean foyer.
Kristy's narrow entry was a blank slate. Her designer chose an interesting mix of textures to create a layered, multi-dimensional look that wouldn't overwhelm the small-ish space.

This table is long and narrow which really will help fill that large wall. I would center the table on the wall, then above the table add a gallery. Using 4 black and white pictures framed of your family like you mentioned will really be such a perfect addition. I would center the gallery wall above the console- the bottom of the lower pictures should hang about 6" above the console, then there should be about 2.5"-3" between the frames. I would flank the console with these simple, but textured lamps- then add a small bud vase with some greenery, a stack of books (these are a few of my favorites). then a catch-all woven bowl for keys, phone- anything a guest may want to "drop" upon entry... On the bottom shelf, I would use this large baskets to store shoes, umbrellas, maybe blankets and extra pillows! These x-benches are the perfect addition as well- bring in additional seating, a spot to put on shoes etc... Overall I think this is a great solution to that large wall!

Thanks to this wonderful SwatchPopper for sharing her "after" photo. We love to see our work come to life!
